at some point, the drawings done by eric beltz jumped to a whole new level of quality, and i haven't been this excited to see new work from an artist for a while.  his new drawings are rich, imaginative, textured, stylish, meaningful, perfectly balanced and crafted, and display the skill of someone worth admiration.  he gives me very much inspiration for how to handle space, and i really find myself absorbed in the atmosphere that his characters inhabit.  there is just too much to say, but, eric... i love them.  i love them all so much.
